Invites applications from bright young Men and Women to join the Operational Support Group of Indian Air Force as Permanent/ Short Service Commissioned Officers the following courses :
129th Ground Duty Officers’ Course (GDOC) for Men
22nd Short Service Commission (SSC) Course for Men
38th Short Service Commission (SSC) Course for Women
Course commencing Jan 2011 at Air Force Academy, Hyderabad
Last date of receipt of application: 8th March 2010
Last date of receipt of application from far flung areas 15th March 2010
Qualifications :
- Administration & Logistics : Graduation or Post Graduation in Art, Science, Commerce, Management, Engineering or LLB.
- Accounts : Graduation or PG in Commerce or ICWA or CA with B.Com/M.Com.
- Meteorology : PG in Science, Geography or MCA (Physics and Maths should be at Graduate level)
- Education : PG in English / Defence Studies / Psychology / Maths/ Physics /Statistics / Computer Science / Management OR M.Ed. after PG OR Ph.D. in the above said subjects.
Age : 20-23 yeas for Graduates, 25 years for PG, 26 years for LLB, 27 years for M.Ed., Ph.D., CA/ ICWA
