 HAL Engine Division, Koraput is currently looking for consultant on contract basis for a period of one year.Name of the Post: Consultant (Turbine Blade Machining).

• Maximum Age limit: 62 years.
• Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical engineering discipline or its equivalent from HAL/ a recognized University/Institution. Advanced training in blade machining through ECM, EDM blade rolling & creep feed grinding is essential.
• Experience: The candidate should possess 25 years of hands on experience in the machining of aero-engine turbine blades through conventional and non-conventional processes.
• Job Specifications: The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities. – Developing and establishing the Machining processes of turbine blade forgings and castings of nimonic alloys by proper fixturing, selection of cutting tools and gauging.
• - Follow up for dimensional evaluation of indigenous machined blades.
  - Co-ordinate for the fitment trials of indigenously machined blades in the turbine discs.
• Remuneration per month: Negotiable
