BSNL will recruit Junior Telecom Officers (JTOs) through Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for Persons with Disability (PWD) in Telecom, Civil and Electrical Streams through through an open competitive examination likely to be held in Nov./ Dec. 2010 in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 16400-40500. BSNL comprises of 27 Recruitment Circles and these circles are in the process of filling up of backlog vacancies reserved for PWD :

Junior Telecom. Officers (JTOs) : 213 posts in 27 recruiting circles

• Pay Scale : Rs. 16400-40500 (IDA Pattern)
• Age : 30 years. Relaxation For PWD candidates upto 10 years for OC candidate; 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC
• Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college / university: Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Radio/ Computer/ Electrical./ IT (Information Technolog)/ Instrumentation/ Civil/ Electrical

Last Date : Closing date for receipt of applications complete in every respect is 15th October 2010.
