Recruitment of Scientists/Engineers ‘SC’ with Post Gradaute degree in Engineering/ Science 

ISRO  offers the position of Scientist/Engineer `SC’ in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.5400 to the to young engineering graduates in the following specialized fields :

• Control Systems/ Control Dynamics
• Structural Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Industrail Safety
• Micro Electronics/ MEMS
• Digital Electronics/ Avionics
• RF, Microwave and Antenna
• Material Science
• Optics/ Applied Optics
• Mechanical/ Machine Design
• Physics/ Applied Physics
• Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics

Eligibility: ME/M.Tech in First Class or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 60%  or CGPA/ CPI grading of 6.5 on 10 scale or equivalent and pre-eligibility qualification of BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) or equivalent should also be in First Class with an aggregate of 65% (average of all semester) or CGPA/ CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 scale. OR M.Sc. degree should be in  First Class with an aggregate of 65% (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/ CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 scale or equivalent.

Age Limit: 35 years as on 06/08/2010 (40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates, Ex-serviceman and Persons with Disabilities[PWD] are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders).

How to apply :

The application registration will be hosted in the ISRO web-site between 13th July and 6th August 2010 candidates may visit ISRO web-site at http://www.isro.gov.in/ to register their applications on-line. Applications will be received on-line only.

There will be an Application Fee of Rs.100/- for each application in the form of any of the Nationalized Bank in favour of the Sr. Accounts Officer, ISRO HQ, Bangalore, payable at Bangalore.
