The prescribed application form and the instructions can be downloaded from the Berhampur University Website www.bamu.nic.in. The candidates submitting the downloaded application must pay the prescribed application fee i.e. Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 750/- for SC/ST/Persons With Disability) in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of Comptroller of Finance, Berhampur University, payable at SBI, Bhanja Bihar (Code: 2107) along with the filled-in applications.
