Applications are invited from unmarried male candidates to join the prestigious Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Age : Between 16-1/2 to 19 years (candidates to be born between 02 January 1992 to 01 July 1994 both dates inclusive)
- Educational Qualifications : Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent from University/Board with at least 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in english either in class X or class XII.
- Physical Standards : Height and Wieght : Minimum height Male – 157 cms, with correlated weight. Eye Sight – The minimum acceptable standard for distant vision 6/12, 6/12 correctable to 6/6 with glasses. Should not be colour/night blind.

Applications are invited from unmarried Male Candidates for Enrolment as Sailors for Sailor – Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) – 2/2011 Batch. Course Commencing August 2011.
Eligibility Conditions:
Age : Candidates to be born between 01 August 1990 to 31 July 1994; both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualifications : 10+2 (equivalent qualified with compulsory subjects Maths, and Physics, optional subjects Chemistry/ Biology/ Computers science).
Pay : During the initial training period they will be paid Rs.5700/-PM, on completion of initial training they will be posted in the regular pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus MSP Rs.2000/- plus allowances as admissible.
Selection Criteria : Selection of recruits is based on the order of merit on their performance in Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.
How to Apply: Application Forms, in accordance with the prescribed format, and complete in all respects should be sent through Ordinary Post only with the type of entry, choice of centre and percentage of marks in 10+2 is to be clearly written on top of the envelope containing the application. Envelope should be brown colour with attested documents, two self-addressed envelopes of size 22×10 cms with Rs.10/- stamp affixed on one envelope to the different Post Box addresses in New Delhi depending on the examination centre. The list of such centres is available in the detailed advertisement.
Last Date : Last date of receiving the application is 25/12/2010. For far-flung areas the last date is 01/01/2011.

Educational Qualifications : (a) Mech./BE/B.Tech. with 60% marks in Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Electrical and Instrumentaion/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Sc. & Engineering/ IT/ Mechanical Engineering OR A degree with 50% marks or equivalent in any of the following M.Sc. (Physics) (wih Maths in Maths in B.Sc.), M.Sc. Maths (with Physics in B.Sc.), M.Sc. (OR/ Analysis), M.Tech/ M.Sc. (Meterology/ Oceanography). Those who are in the final years, need not apply.

SSC : Short Service Commission is granted for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirements and performance/willingness of the candidate.

Applications are invited from unmarried Male Indian Citizens for Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer in Executive Branch of the Indian Navy as Pilot for Course commencing July 2011 at Naval Academy.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Age : Between 19 to 23 years (candidates to be born between 02 July 1988 to 01 July 1992; both dates inclusive)
- Educational Qualifications : (a) A Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 65% marks with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level
- Physical Standards : Height and Wieght : Minimum height Male – 162.5 cms with correlated weight. Eye Sight – The minimum acceptable standard for distant vision 6/6, 6/9 connectable to 6/6, 6/6 and should not be colour/night blind.
SSC : Short Service Commission is granted for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirements and performance/willingness of the candidate.
Officers of the as Pilot in Executive Branch will not be given any extension beyond fourteen years and will not be eligible for permanent commission.
