Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited Sales Officers for Professional Oral Care Division – North Branch – 3 Full-Time positions available.
Location - Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh
Responsibilities
BUSINESS: Develop businesses through prescriptions, professional endorsements, direct Dental office sales, hospital pharmacies, chemist and druggist outlets. Plan business growth and achieve targets/objectives.
DETAILING AND RETAILING: Visit and deliver tailored product detailing to minimum 12 Dentists and 10 Chemists every day. Book Orders for Stockists, Chemists and Dentists. Detailing & selling Oral care products at company sponsored Dental conferences. Discover and utilise merchandising opportunities at Dental Clinics.
DISTRIBUTION: Increase Coverage, Distribution and Penetration in Chemists, Hospitals and Dental Offices of Oral Care Products. Implement and execute sales promotions for Dentists/Trade/ Consumers effectively. Ensure stocking at all distribution focal points in line with prescription potential of specific areas.
PROFITABILITY: Ensure profitability by following on payments, effective use of Trade / Dentist promo budgets, and price justifications with Customers.
ADMINISTRATION: To collect and disseminate information on orders, payments, supplies, stock, indenting of promotion support materials, etc.
COMPETITIVE INFORMATION: To collect, analyse, disseminate information on competitive activities / products, and execute strategies to counter competition, plan and implement innovative trade promos.
Reports: To submit reports like D.C.R, W.S.R, S.R.S.S. Sales forecasting, Competitive activity, Route plans, Classification of Dentists /Chemists, Claims, and C.C.F’s.
Requirements
Qualification - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft office tools.
