The Union Public Service commission will hold a Limited Departmental Competitive Examination on 20th December, 2009 for promotion to the post of Assistant Commandants in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

Assistant Commandant:

Tentative Number of vacancies : 20 Posts (UR 16/ SC 03/ ST 01)

Eligibility: The candidates should have completed 4 years of regular service as on 1st January, 2009 in the rank of SI(GD)/ Inspector (GD) including period of training and they should have clean record of service w.e.f. 01.01.05 to the date of declaration of result and clear from DE/Vigilance angles.
