Pay : consolidated per month – Professor : Rs.100000/- , Associate Professors – Rs.90000/-, Assistant Professors – Rs.75000/-, Tutors : Rs.40000/-

The appointments are on contract basis (without any reference to their pensions). The period of contract of various levels as Professor -3 years, Associate Professor – 4 years, Assistant Professor – 5 years, Tutors – 3 years. The contract period may be renewed on satisfactory performance and subject to the maximum age limit 65 years.

Qualification : As per the MCI norms of minimum qualification for teachers in Medical Institutions regulations – 1998 / DCI norms.
