Finance Area
Graduate with Associate Member of ICWA/CA or MBA(Finance) with distinction from a reputed Institute with minimum 20/17/13/10/7 years post qualification experience in finance area for post of GM/AGM/DGM/Sr.Mgr/Mgr.Exposure to ERP environment is preferred in respect of candidates applying to these posts.
H.R.Area
Degree preferably in Engineering/Physical Sciences and 2 years post graduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management or M.A.(Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) or MSW with minimum 20/17/13/10/7 years post qualification experience in Personnel area for the post of GM/AGM/DGM/Sr.Mgr/Mgr. Degree in Law preferred. Knowledge of Telugu is preferred and Hindi is essential.

Degree in Engineering with 60% marks with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from a reputed Institution like CLI, Mumbai. Should have put in 10 years of post qualification experience in manufacturing process plant for Senior Manager post, 7 years for Manager post and 4 years for Dy.Manager post. Adequate working knowledge in Telugu is essential.

M.A. in Hindi with at least 55% marks having English & Hindi as a subject at the Graduate level with minimum 8 years post qualification experience. Knowledge of Telugu desirable.
