RSMML intends to appoint qualified personnel in executive’s cadre as Dy. General Manager & Trainee Probationer in the following disciplines :
- Dy. General Manager (Mechanical) : 01 post, Remuneration Rs. 26650/- pm and will be given Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.8200 after completion of probation period, Age : 45 years as on 31/3/2010
- Probationer Trainee (Assistant Manager) : 22 posts (Mining-13, Civil-1, Finance & Accounts -5, Pers & Admn-5, Material Management -2, Survey-1), Remuneration in Probation : Rs.16600 and will be given Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/- after completion of probation, Age : 26 years as on 31/3/2010
