Hindustan Insecticides Limited invites application for the following position :
1. Deputy General Manager(Business Development) - 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs. 16000-400-20800
Age Limit : 48 Years
Qualification : Degree in Science, preferably in Agriculture, with 2 years PG Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, specialization in Marketing with 10 years post qualification experience out of which 5 years in Marketing/Business Development of Pesticides/Fertilizers/Seeds or related field.
2. Dy. General Manager(Tech.) / Manager (Tech.) - 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs. 16000-400-20800 / Rs.14500-350-18700
Age Limit : 48 / 45 Years
Qualification : Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engg. or a Post-Graduate Degree in Chemistry with 10 years exp. in a responsible technical capacity in a chemical factory out of which about 3 years must have been in a managerial position. For Technical Manager : Degree in Chemical Engg. or a Post-Graduate Degree in Chemistry with 8 yrs experience in a responsible technical position in a Chemical factory out of which atleast 3 years should have been in a senior supervisory capacity in operation of Chemical Plant or project works.
3. Commercial Manager - 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs. 14500-350-18700
Age Limit : 45 Years
Qualification : Post–Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Material Management with 5 years experience in Commercial Deptt. out of which 3 years should have been in a responsible capacity in purchase work or Materials Management in an industrial undertaking. Requirement of experience relaxable in the case of those having Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management . OR Graduate with 9 years experience in Commercial Deptt. out of which 3 years should have been in a responsible capacity in purchase work of Material Management in an industrial undertaking.
4. Accounts Officer - 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs. 9700-250-15200
Age Limit : 40 Years
Qualification : Passed final examination of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants or Chartered Accountants of India with 3 years experience after passing the final examination in cost accounting out of which about 2 yrs. should have been in a responsible capacity.
5. Boiler Operator, Grade-I - 01 Post (SC)
Pay Scale : Rs. 4380-120-5340-145-4240
Age Limit : 40 Years
Qualification : Should hold a valid 1st Class Certificate of competency as Boiler Attendant with a minimum 7 years experience in operation of Boilers, preferably oil fired and should be able to read and write English.
