Applications on the prescribed form are invited from the citizens of India for the posts of Sister Grade-II on regular basis as under:
Sister Grade-II: 265 Posts (UR 154/ SC 27/ ST 12/ OBC 7 2)
Pay Band: Rs. 9300-34800 Grad Pay Rs. 4600
Qualification: Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.
Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized Institute or equivalent qualifications for male nurse.
Should be registered ‘A’ Grade Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council equivalent qualification for male nurse.
Age: 18-30 years (Relaxable as per rules)
How to Apply : Application form and detailed information can be obtained from the office of the Recruitment Cell, Kairon Block, PGIMER, Chandigarh-160012 either personally or on written request accompanied by a self addressed & stamped (Rs.10/-) envelope (27 cm x 12 cm) along with a Demand Draft of Rs.325/- (Rs.175 for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director PGIMER, Chandigarh payable at State Bank of India, Sector 12, Chandigarh (Code No.1524) as non-refundable fee and cost of application form etc OR can be dowloaded from the website of PGIMER. The application form can be submitted upto 15/01/2009.
