Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Chennai invites applications for the recruitment of meritorious Sportspersons in different games/ sports :
Inspector of Income-tax
- Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/-, Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-
- Qualification :Bachelor’s Degree(Graduation degree) or equivalent from a recognized University.
Tax Assistant
- Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200/-, Grade Pay Rs. 2,400/-
- Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation degree) or equivalent from a recognised University and having data entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour
Peon
- Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1,800/-
- Qualification :Matriculation or equivalent qualification
- Age: 18 to 27 years as on 01/03/2010 (Relaxable as per rules)
Games/ Sports :Cricket (Men only/ Hockey (Men Only)/ Volleyball (Men only/ Football (Men only)/ Basketball (Men only)/ Athletics (both Men and Women)
