- 1. Scientist Gr. IV(4) : 01 Post (UR)
- Scale of Pay : Rs. 37,400-67,000 plus Grade Pay Rs. 8,700/-

Qualification : Ph .D. in Physics (Experimental studies of semiconductor materials and devices) or its equivalent with atleast seven years of post Ph.D. research/ industrial experience in processing and characterization of semiconductor devices

- Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-
- Total Emoluments : Rs.51000/-
- Upper Age Limit : 40 years as on 26.02.2010

Qualification : Ph.D. in chemistry or its equivalent with at least four years of post Ph.D. research/ industrial
experience in analytical chemistry
