Eligibility Conditions:
- Age : Between 19 & 1/2 to 25 years (candidates to be born between 02 Jan 1987 to 01 Jul 1992; both dates inclusive)
- Educational Qualifications : Any of the following (a) Science Graduate with Physics & Mathematics with minimum 60% marks (b) BE/B Tech with minimum 60% marks in any discipline (c) Science Graduates (Physics & Mathematics) holding NCC Naval Wing, Senior Division ‘C’ certificate. (d) Graduate/ Post Graduate in Operations Analysis and Operational Research/ Quantitative Methods with minimum 75% marks. (e) Graduate/Post Graduate in Mathematics, with Probability or Statistics with minimum 75% mark.
Physical Standards : Hight and Wieght : Minimum height Male – 157 cms with correlated weight. , Eye Sight : The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision 6/12, 6/12 correctable to 6/6, 6/6 with glasses. Should not be colour/night blind. - Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400 and MSP Rs.6000
SSC : Short Service Commission is granted for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirements and performance/willingness of the candidate.

Age : Candidates to be born between 01 August 1991 to 31 July 1994 (both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualifications : 55% or more marks in aggregate in 10+2/equivalent examination with complusary subjects Physics and Mathematics : optional subjects Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science.
Pay : The Artifice Apprentices Basic Pay Band is Rs.5200-20200, Grade Pay @Rs.2000/- plus MSP @Rs. 2000/- plus ‘X’ Group Pay @Rs.1400/-
Selection Criteria : Selection of recruits is based on the order of merit on their performance in Written test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.

Applications are invited from unmarried male candidates to join the prestigious Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Age : Between 16-1/2 to 19 years (candidates to be born between 02 January 1992 to 01 July 1994 both dates inclusive)
- Educational Qualifications : Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent from University/Board with at least 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in english either in class X or class XII.

Indian Navy Secondary Recruits (SSR) 2/2011 Batch Course Commencing August 2011

Applications are invited from unmarried Male Candidates for Enrolment as Sailors for Sailor – Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) – 2/2011 Batch. Course Commencing August 2011.
Eligibility Conditions:
Age : Candidates to be born between 01 August 1990 to 31 July 1994; both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualifications : 10+2 (equivalent qualified with compulsory subjects Maths, and Physics, optional subjects Chemistry/ Biology/ Computers science).
Pay : During the initial training period they will be paid Rs.5700/-PM, on completion of initial training they will be posted in the regular pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus MSP Rs.2000/- plus allowances as admissible.
Selection Criteria : Selection of recruits is based on the order of merit on their performance in Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.
