Age:-21 years to 38 years as on 01.01.2009. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years in respect of SC/ST candidates. Further, the upper age limit is relaxable by 2 (two) years in respect of candidates who have been serving in lower posts or cadres for a minimum period of 5 (five) years.
Educational Qualification: A candidate must be a Graduate in Arts or Science or Commerce from any Govt. recognized University with either Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Agricultural Economics/Sociology/ Anthropology/Social Anthropology/Social Work/Business Administration/Business Management/Geography or Commerce as one of the subjects. Preference shall be given to the Major (Honours) Graduates.
