Research Scientist- Grade-II (RS-II)
- Pay Scale Rs. 15,600-39,100 with GP of Rs. 6,600) The initial pay for RS-II is Rs.25,350/- (including grade pay Rs.6,600) and total emoluments at the prevailing rates of allowance for A1 Class cities is Rs.43,864/-
Research Scientist- Grade-I (RS-I)
- Pay Scale Rs. 15,600-39,100 with GP of Rs. 5,400 The initial pay for RS-I is Rs.21,000/- (including grade pay Rs.5,400) and total emoluments at the prevailing rates of allowance for A1 Class cities is Rs.37,034/-
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Pay: Rs. 16,000+ HRA) The initial pay for JRF is Rs. 16,000/- and the total emoluments at the prevailing rates of allowance for A1 Class cities is Rs. 20,800/- and is Rs. 19,200/- for Trivandrum.

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the following posts in National Informatics Centre (NIC) :
Stenographer Grade-III (English) : 03 posts ( UR-2, OBC-1)
- Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) Grade Rs.2400/-
- Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent from Government recognized Board. and Possessing speed of shorthand @ 100/80 w.p.m. in English.
- Age : 18-27 years
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : 09 posts (UR-6, SC-2, OBC-1)
- Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 1900/-
- Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent from Government recognized Board. and A typing speed of 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi on manual typewriter or A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer
- Age : 18-27 years
