NDA and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2010
The UPSC will hold the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2010 on 22nd August, 2010 for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of NDA for 126th Course and Naval Academy for 88th Indian Navale Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 30th June, 2011.
Posts : 355 (Army-195, Navy-39, Air Force – 66, Navy Academy- 35)
- Eligibility Conditions:
- Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status: Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1992 and not later than 1st January, 1995 are eligible.
- Educational Qualification:
- For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Pass of 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- For Air Force and Naval Wing of National Defence Academy and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course of Naval Academy: 12th Class Pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics, conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- Candidates who are appearing in 12th Class under 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.
How to apply:
- Candidates who wish to apply off-line must apply in the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 20/- Each such Form can be used only once and only for one examination.
- Candidates can also apply ONLINE using the link www.upsconline.nic.in Details instructions for filling up ONLINE applications are available on the above mentioned website.
- All applications must reach the “Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069” either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by courier on or before the 19th April, 2010. For the candidates from remore far flung areas the last date is 26th April, 2010.
Application Form: The candidates must apply in the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations, which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/ Post offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 20/- only.
Fee: Rs.50/- through Central RecruitmentFee Stamp only. SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from payment (OBC candidates required to pay full fee).

National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2010
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the NDA and Naval Academy Examination, 2008 on 18th April, 2010 for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wing of the NDA for the 125th Course and Naval Academy for the 45th 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course commencing from December 30 th 2010. Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible,
Eligibility:
- Age : 16 and half to 19 years i.e. born between 02/01/1992 and 01/07/1994
- Educational Qualification
- for Army : 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- For Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy : 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University with Physics and Mathematics subjects
- Candidates who are appearing in the 12th exam can also apply.
- Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
Application Form: The candidates must apply in the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations, which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/ Post offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 20/- only. In case of any difficulty in obtaining the Application Forms from the designated HPOs/POs the candidates should immidiately contact the Post Master or UPSC “Form Supply Monitoring Cell” over phone numbers 011-23389366 / FAX No.011-23387310
