NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MALARIA RESEARCH (NIMR) invites applications for  Filling of certain posts in the World Bank and other Projects.

Walk-in-Interview in National Institute of Malaria Research for the following posts :

1. Research Fellow(Project) - 01

• Qualification : Post-graduate Degree in Life Sciences.
• Salary : Rs. 15,000/-consolidated
• Age: Up-to 28 years.

2. Technical Consultant - 01

• Qualification : Diploma in Clinical Research/M.Sc. in Life Science. Preference will be given to the candidates possessing 2-3 years of experience in the field of Clinical Research.
• Salary : Rs. 20,000/- consolidated
• Age: Up-to 35 years.

3. Research  Fellow - 01

• Qualification : Post-graduate in Life Science. Experience in handling clinical and biological data, handling modern equipments including HPLC. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
• Salary : Rs. 15,000/- consolidated
• Age: Up-to 28 years.

4. Site Coordinator - 01

• Qualification : Diploma in Clinical research/M.Sc. in Life Science with  experience of one year in the relevant field.
• Salary : Rs. 15,000/- consolidated
• Age: Up-to 28 years.

5. Data Manager - 02

• Qualification : Post-graduate in Biostatistics/ Statistics with  experience in handling softwares like Eplinfo, SPSS etc/Graduates with a minimum of  4 years of experience in handling scientific data and possessing adequate knowledge of Computer Applications viz. power-point, excel, graphics etc..
• Salary : Rs. 15,000/- consolidated
• Age: Up-to 28 years.

6. Data Entry Operator - 5

• Qualification : Graduate with one year experience in Computer Applications.
• Salary : Rs. 10,415/- consolidated
• Age: Up-to 28 years.

7. Field Worker/ Laboratory Attendant - 04

• Qualification : Matriculation. Desirable: One year of experience in laboratory or project or experience of work in the post(s) requiring multiple functions.
• Salary : Rs. 6,335/- consolidated
• Age: Up-to 28 years.

WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

The following positions under World Bank and other Projects, based in Delhi are to be filled up on purely ad hoc, temporary and on contractual basis on a consolidated salary, co-terminus with the project.

 Consultant (One): Rs. 30,000/- p.m .consolidated.
Essential qualifications: M.D. or Ph.D. in Life Science/Pharmacology/Pharmacy with five years of research experience or MBBS/MSc. with 8 years of experience in research and administration and knowledge of Computer Applications.
Job requirement: He will be a senior level laboratory person responsible for co-ordinating the activities at various levels like NIMR, NVBDCP, RRLs, SRLs and also the DMOs. He would also be involved in imparting training.

Site Coordinator (One): Rs. 15,000/- p.m. consolidated.
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Life Sciences. Experience in handling clinical and biological data and handling of modern equipments preferred. Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Research Fellow (One): Rs. 15,000/- consolidated.
Essential Qualifications:M.Sc. in Pharmacology or Life Science in related subject. Desirable Qualification: Experience in handling clinical and biological data, handling modern equipment including HPLC. Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Laboratory Attendant (One): Rs. 6,335/- consolidated.
Essential Qualifications: Middle pass. Desirable qualification: A minimum of one year’s experience in laboratory .

Data Entry Operator (Two): Rs. 10,415/- consolidated.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate with one year’s experience or Intermediate with three years’ experience in Computer Applications. Experience in administration/accounts preferred.

Project Assistant (One): Rs. 10,000/- consolidated.
Essential Qualifications: Post-graduate degree in Life Science/Biotechnology. Experience in entomology, molecular biology and insecticide resistance with knowledge in data management preferred.

Age Limit: Up-to 65 years for the post at S.No. 1 and preferably below 28 years for all other posts (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Central Govt. rules/orders and also in deserving cases ).
