HMIS Divisional Coordinator : 05 posts
- Pay : Rs.17250/- pm
- Age : 21-37 years
- Qualification : MCA/ M.Sc IT/ M.Sc in Computer Science or any other related disciplines. 2 years experience.
Information Assistants : 177 posts
- Pay : Rs. 6000/-
- Age : 21-37 years
- Qualification : Graduation with one year diploma in Computer Application or BCA/ B.Sc-IT
How to Apply : Candidates for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 1 should submit their applications complete in all respects alongwith attested photocopies of all testimonials to Mission Director, NRHM, 5th Floor, Praayas Building, Dakshin Marg, Sector 38-B, Chandigarh-160036. And Candidates for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 2 should submit their applications complete in all respects alongwith attested photocopies of all testimonials to the concerned O/o Civil Surgeon of the District where they desire to serve.
