- Qualification :
- A degree in Law from any University or any Institution affiliated to a University recognized by the State Government or the Central Government.
- Must be enrolled as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of advertisement for the Examination.
- Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali ( not required for recruitment in the case of candidates from hill areas of the district of Darjeeling ).
- Age : Not less than 23 years and not more than 35 years on the date of advertisement for the examination, i.e. on 05.03.2010 (i.e. born not earlier than 05.03.1975 and not later than 04.03.1987).
Fee : Candidates must enclose with their applications a fee of Rs. 210/- (Rupees two hundred ten) only in the form of Indian
